Ollie's Bargain Outlet

THE EMPLOYEES STEAL. Never returning an employee stole my sunglasses. Spent an hour making selections and while I was looking at something an employee took my cart and shopped it all back and took my sunglasses. When I asked for an assist they said it's the managers policy. Left without purchases congrats manager.

One star because the AC never works when I go into this location. I'm frankly tired of stores and businesses intentionally doing this to save a little bit of money while making customers and employees suffer.

Worst Ollies I’ve been to in the state. Inventory doesn’t change for months, prices are high comparatively to even other Ollies, and the AC is literally never working. I can excuse a lot of that for these kinds of stores but the worst part is the management. I’ve heard managers belittle employees in front of customers and had the disservice to be checked out by one today. Don’t work in customer service if it’s such a bother to SERVICE CUSTOMERS. Be half a decent human being and find a line of work that suits you instead of punishing everyone around you. The regular associates have always been kind and helpful so would not want this review to reflect on them.

Hands down the worse cashier service. The first time I let it go but Linda seems almost afraid of the credit card machine. I bypass pin in EVERY store I shop. Im a sales rep. I use my card many times a day. Their machine always gives me trouble she accused me twice of pulling my card too quickly or putting it in too quickly with a disrespectful tone and heightened voice. The third time this has happened with her specifically. So I stated "NO, i didnt im trying to bypass the pin" she proceeded to be argumentative blaming my bank. Excuse me but as someone in sales who uses my card multiple times a day , im familiar with my banking system. I walked out without my items and she then went on to speak negatively about me to another customer right in front of my face. This woman needs to learn how to handle her position better since she is the face of the store. Ill be going to the west location.

Its not as big as the other locations, however they still have a great selection of stuff and decent prices. They have all of the retail name brand items for less than what you will pay for elsewhere. The book section was a let down. The place is just opening and the book ailses are being used to store extra shopping carts. If you plan on coming here looking for books I'd give it a week or two.
